How to Develop New Habits Easily

Friends, developing new habits can be easy thanks to how we function as normal human beings.  BJ Fogg, Stanford researcher and industry consultant, has put his finger on habit development through a method called  “Tiny Habits” that helps us add new behaviors into our lives easily.

Truly.  It’s easy.  And it can be super fast!

I’ve added a number of healthy behaviors into my own life as have over 40k others through the Tiny Habits method.  That’s a lot of healthiness right there. 🙂  Join me!  Let’s continue to make our lives better by making intentional, daily decisions.  May it be so!
